Incredible experience - would highly recommend to anyone. The team were so welcoming and put me and my lovely dog at ease from the get go. Sophie is normally quite shy however everyone seemed to have created such a warm atmosphere she was at ease for the entire time and acted as if she owned the place by the end of it! I have incredible pictures captured which I will treasure for life and really show how happy Sophie is. Thank you so so much!

From beginning to end we received excellent service. I highly recommend using this studio for family portraits! In the days leading up to the shoot, I got calls to help me plan what sort of photos we'd like to get, what kind of vibe we were looking for, and what to expect overall during the experience. It was really helpful to have someone to chat with and plan what we wanted to do, especially since it was our first time with a professional studio. With plenty of props and outfits, we arrived for our session with Vicky who was an absolute darling! She put us at ease right away, even my young daughter. After looking at the example images I found online, she helped carry our gear upstairs and got started right away. Vicky got all the shots I'd hoped for! The time seemed to fly by because we were having so much fun. Once our photos were ready to view, Tim presented them to us in a lovely and touching slideshow. It was magical to see our family look so amazing. Tim went over all the options, making sure to stay within our set price point. He was so friendly and so personable I wish we could have chatted all evening. I'm very pleased with the images we selected and with the fantastic work from everyone involved. Again, I do highly recommend this company for family photos. They are a pleasure to work with!

Amazing pictures! Amy the photographer was super sweet and very patient with my 2 months old baby. Tim was very helpful when we went to see the pictures and choose the ones we wanted to purchase. He made the process very easy. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the price. I think more affordable offers should be available when you purchase certain number of pictures. Thanks for the beautiful memories!

Had a very enjoyable experience. It did not go to plan on the day but, Bristol and Bath studios communicated so well together that, even when they had to cancel at Bath (whilst I was on the train in the way up), I was then swapped to the Bristol studio. I had a warm and professional welcome and offered a second photo free. The makeup artist was very talented and very interesting , the camera woman was very friendly and put you at ease. I had an extremely enjoyable day and never felt uncomfortable or forgotten.

The whole experience was fun and relaxed. The booking process was easy and they fitted us in for both sessions quickly and times that suited us. The text and call reminders were really useful and informative. Sophia listened to what we wanted as a family and made the shoot comfortable and enjoyable. Again at the viewing the team listened to what we wanted and we came away with exactly what we hoped for. The suggestions of products were useful and clear and we felt that we were guided well with no pressure to buy things we did not want. Overall a lovely experience and we have already recommended them to others.

What a really lovely experience. The person having the shoot was a little shy and nervous, but from the moment we entered the building we were made to feel relaxed and welcome. The make over was very sensitive to the persons needs, and made the person look totally natural! The photographer was super friendly, and made us feel relaxed and not at all selfconscious! Can totally recommend this to anyone not used to having their photo taken!! The photos were just incredible!
